If you fancy a trip round the Paris metro at an hour when no-one else is allowed, then Ademas is the
association to contact - it stands for the Association D'Exploitation
du Matériel Sprague. Their aim is to "safeguard and emphasise the national heritage
represented by the rolling stock named Sprague-Thomson - old Metro trains.

Around midnight at certain times of the year a crowd gathers at a northern metro station and are
taken on an all-night history tour on one of the 1930s trains. A party is held on ghost
station platforms - stations that normally one isn't allowed to visit, and you may even
be accompanied by an organ grinder - beer and coffee are the drinks provided.
